Coordinating

Enjoy your guest and the event by leaving the coordinating to us. We will ensure that vendors are where they are needed to be and fill in with assisting guests with questions.

Time Management

Every event needs to have a schedule. We will ensure that everything is moving smoothly, from ensuring the food is being served on time all the way to gifts and cake being served.

Problem Solving

We will problem solve for you. If an issue comes up, we will find ways to resolve the issue, within means. Let us deal with the minor issues, so you can enjoy the event.

Decorating & Clean-Up

We will arrive early for the event, help decorate, set up any needed furniture and well as assist in clean-up.
